We are a "full service" real estate agency and together with our partners, we offer complete consulting and services in carrying out real estate transaction. Nobila Casa real estate agency practice a fee that varies between 2% and 4% of the trading price of the property, for sale/purchase and a fee between 50% and 100 % of the montly rent, for a rental property, the percentages being established according to the particularity of the transaction. These percentages don’t include VAT. These fees are due to the agency only when the real estate transactions for these properties are concluded.
